Join FOMP member Chris McGinty on a run and walk litter pick-up! Volunteers can expect to go at their own walking or running pace while collecting trash via trash grabber and bags. The idea is to exercise, see the park, and leave it better than when you came that morning.

Join FOMP member AJ Maldonado on his Saturday litter pick-ups. This has been a stable and reoccurring event for years now and the results are clean creek beds, trails, and roadsides. Help him keep McAllister Park beautiful!

Invasive Johnson Grass Removal Workday
An invasive grass has taken over patches of McAllister Park and we are working to restore those areas! Join FOMP members in removing this plant to allow for native plant restoration. This is real work with positive results.
Tasks can include snipping off seed heads, cutting stalks, raking thatch, and digging rhizomes.
